About KP Fitness

One person, start to finish

No test kitchen, no warehouse, no team of ten. Every meal is cooked in-house and every client coached directly, out of Neosho, Missouri.

Her story

How this started

KP Fitness didn't start with a business plan. It started in my own kitchen. As I got deeper into my own fitness journey and eventually bodybuilding, meal prepping became a huge part of my everyday life. I was constantly cooking, weighing, portioning, tracking macros, and finding ways to make the foods I loved fit my goals.

The more I learned, the more I realized that eating toward a goal didn't have to mean plain chicken and rice every day. I genuinely enjoyed finding ways to make meals that tasted like food I wanted to eat while still knowing exactly what I was putting into my body.

How it became KP Fitness

Eventually, I started cooking for more than just myself. What began as meal prepping in my own kitchen grew through word of mouth. People started asking about my meals, wanting to order for themselves, and coming back week after week. I realized there were a lot of people who wanted to eat better, they just didn't always have the time, energy, or desire to prep everything themselves.

That's when I started realizing this could become something bigger. KP Fitness grew from something that was simply part of my own lifestyle into a way for me to help other people make theirs a little easier.

I know what it feels like to want more for yourself and not know where to start. If I can make that journey a little easier for someone else, that's why I do this.

For me, the food and training sides of KP Fitness have always gone together. My own fitness journey has taught me that progress isn't about doing one thing perfectly. It's about what you consistently do over time, how you train, how you eat, and the habits you build around both.

Personal training gives me the opportunity to take KP Fitness beyond simply handing someone a healthy meal. I want to help people understand why they're doing what they're doing, build confidence in the gym, and create habits they can actually maintain.

Where I want KP Fitness to go

What started in my kitchen is becoming something I'm incredibly excited to continue building. I want KP Fitness to be known for more than meal prep or workouts. I want it to become a trusted local resource for people who want to take care of themselves, reach new goals, and make fitness fit into their real lives.

I'm still building it, learning as I go, and growing right alongside the people I serve, and I think that's one of my favorite parts of this whole thing.

How we work

What a weeklooks like

No mystery kitchen and no warehouse. This is the actual week, start to finish.

  1. The menu goes out

A fresh menu every week, so the rotation never turns into eating the same thing twice.

  2. Orders close Friday at 8 PM

That cutoff is what makes small batches possible. We shop and prep for exactly what was ordered, nothing speculative.

  3. Prep day

Everything scratch-made in small batches, portioned and labeled with calories and protein. One person cooking, not a line.

  4. Pickup and delivery

Pickup at Neosho Walmart or Sam's Club in Joplin at 6 PM, or delivery within 30 miles. Handed off fresh the same week it was cooked, never frozen and shipped.

  5. Coaching runs alongside all of it

Training sessions happen through the same week, in person and online. Same person planning the food and the workouts, so the two actually line up.
